Job Description:
Responsibilities ·
Key Responsibilities:Provide support to end-users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
·Address and troubleshoot client-side issuesrelated to Microsoft 365, handling escalations from OctoHelps and working toresolve tickets efficiently.·Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senioradministrators and other relevant IT staff as needed.·Perform bulk activations, user setup, andlicense assignments within the Microsoft 365 admin center to support useronboarding and maintenance.·Collaborate with senior administrators and ITteam members to implement best practices, improve support processes, andenhance user experience.·Develop and deliver user training on Microsoft365 features, and create documentation to help end-users maximize theplatform’s capabilities.· Actively monitor and report on system performance and security, identifying potential issues proactively to ensure smooth operation. Qualifications:Well versed in Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
Experience with endpoint management usinb various MDM services, (Workspace One, Intune)
Familiarity with Exchange Online.
Ability to follow structured migration and onboarding processes.
Strong communication skills for providing effective user training and support.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Excellent math and analytical skills: 2 years (Preferred)
- managing Exchange and Active Directory permissions: 3 years (Preferred)
- MS Office suite 2010, 2013 and 2016 as well as Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
- Troubleshooting Outlook client connectivity issues: 3 years (Preferred)
- Troubleshooting email delivery and email routing issues: 3 years (Preferred)
- customer service and client-facing expertise with Office 365: 3 years (Preferred)
- supporting and training end –users: 3 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert: 3 years (Preferred)
- Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD(Entra ID): 3 years (Preferred)
- troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite: 3 years (Preferred)
- Azure AD Connect: 3 years (Preferred)
