Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the New Car Sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new car sales volume and profitability.
- Manage daily operations of the new car sales department, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive environment for both customers and employees.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure successful deals and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and coaching to sales staff to help them improve skills, achieve goals, and grow within the company.
- Maintain a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure inventory levels are managed and that all vehicles are properly merchandised.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a new car sales environment.
- Strong F&I Knowledge (Previous Finance Manager Experience Required)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- A deep knowledge of vehicle features, models, and industry trends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
