Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to oversee our new car sales department. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with the ability to drive sales, mentor the team, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll be expected to create a positive and competitive atmosphere, all while ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Inspire, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Customer Relations: Foster a customer-centric environment and ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience throughout their buying journey.
- Training and Development: Continuously provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to the General Manager, ensuring goals are being met.
- Marketing: Work closely with the marketing department to plan and execute promotions, special events, and sales campaigns.

- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews for the sales team and provide feedback to promote individual growth and team success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- High Energy & Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and staff.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A history of exceeding sales goals and driving results in an automotive or retail sales environment.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to reach and surpass sales objectives.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
