About The Role

As an On-Call Concierge, you will be an essential part of our team, stepping in to provide exceptional service whenever needed. This role is ideal for individuals who can work on short notice and are available for at least one shift per week, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekends. You will cover emergency shifts and provide seamless support to ensure our residents and guests always have a positive experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to Capitol Concierge Inc. standards.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk, lobby, and entryways.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping entryways, and cleaning glass doors.
• Maintain community refreshment areas (coffee, water, continental breakfast, etc.).
• Answer phones, provide information, forward calls, and take messages as needed.
• Sign for, track, and distribute packages to residents.
• Accept and log service requests from residents.
• Monitor and manage visitor parking and issue parking passes (if applicable).
• Handle resident noise complaints after leasing office hours.
• Contact emergency services when necessary (fire, medical, or police assistance).
• Track and inspect community amenity areas, especially when rented by residents.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly adjust to different shifts and locations as needed.
  
  

Tech Savvy?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (2013 ).
• Knowledge of Building Link/Key Link is a plus.
  
  

Dress Code: (Polished, pressed, clean cut)

Concierges must wear a Black Suit, White Collared/Button up shirt, Conservative necktie and dress shoes.
