What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEAD OUTDOOR TRACK COACH-BOYS position at CAPITOL HEIGHTS MIDDLE SCHOOL?
- Coordinate the training, instruction, conditioning, and slelection of athletes at all levels withthe program.
- Work in conjunction with AHSAA
- Schedule and attend all competitions
- Delegate specific duties, supervise implementation, and analyze program effectiveness
- Monitor athletes' academic progress to ensure compliance with district and AHSAA rules, guidelines, and policies
- Communicate regularly with the Atheletic Director and school administrators about the needs and progress of the progam
