What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEAD OUTDOOR TRACK COACH-GIRLS position at CAPITOL HEIGHTS MIDDLE SCHOOL?
- Coordinate the training, instruction,conditioning ans selection of athletes within the program
- Work with Athletic Director to create yearly schedule
- Attend all competitions
- Delegate specific responsibilities and supervise implementation
- Analyze the effectiveness of the program
- Monitor the academic progress of student athletes to ensure compliance with district and AHSAA rules, regulations and policies
- Communicate regularly with Athletic Director, parents and administrative staff about the needs and progress of the program
