We're looking for an In-Store Customer Experience Representative for our Boca Raton, FL location. This role is for someone eager to offer the best quality customer service they themselves would want to receive. You'll be on the front-line answering customer questions and helping resolve any issues.

Requirements

Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction.

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.

Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Strong computer skills and multi-tasking skills.

Two (2) years of previous customer service or related experience preferred.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
