Job description
Principal Duties & Job Responsibilities
· Ensure adherence to Standard of Care and CMS Protocols for all medical operations.
· Ensure compliance with all client preferences and venue-specific requirements.
· Manage calls/scene, initiate proper protocol treatments.
· Provide guidance for newly certified EMT’s.
· Ensure that all equipment/supplies are in-date, fully stocked, and operating properly.
· Ensure that all the gear is setup, functional, and ready prior to the start of the event.
· Ensure patient documentation is filled out properly, completed in full, with all necessary signatures.
· At close of event, ensure all equipment is secured and request sent to Equipment Manager for any supply restocking needs.
Skills & Abilities
· Possesses critical reasoning/judgment skills and is capable of applying them in stressful situations.
· Capable of relaying essential patient information to responding EMS/transporting units.
· Displays confidence in patient care, span of control, and managing a stressful scene/environment.
· Able to identify and address any performance deficiencies in team members.
· Capable of interacting knowledgeably with Medical Director when needed.
· Able to communicate effectively with client, team members, and upper Management.
Experience & Education
· Holds current TDSHS EMT-Basic certification/licensure
· 911 service experience preferred but not mandatory
· Valid Texas DL
· References Required
Uniform shirt and ID provided upon first shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- TDSHS EMT Certification (Required)
