Job Summary and Qualifications

Represent St. Davids HealthCare onsite, in the Emergency Operations Centers, at large scale events hosted by our respective sports partners including, but not limited to, The University of Texas and Austin FC. Coordinate the clinical and operational needs of the St. Davids HealthCare Event Medical Team, onsite in the Emergency Operations Center, at partner events, in collaboration with other pertinent organizational leaders. Ensure accurate documentation of medical calls, needs and transports are recorded during events. Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Emergency Operations Teams, including Safety and Security officers, First Responders, Organizational and Emergency Operations Leaders at The University of Texas and Austin FC. Work with the Event Medical Operations Manager to ensure events requiring Emergency Operations representation by St. Davids HealthCare are staffed accordingly.

What qualifications you will need :

Graduate from accredited school of professional nursing or Texas certification from an accredited EMT or Paramedic program.

EXPERIENCE : Required : Minimum of five years clinical experience; Minimum of three years of management experience; Knowledge of emergency management processes related to large scale disaster events. Knowledge of hospital operations related to Emergency Medical Services.

Preferred : Experience managing / coordinating multidisciplinary medical teams for large public events.

Required : Current Texas Certification as a Paramedic or EMT, or Current RN license in Texas; Basic Life Support provider
