Key Job Responsibilities:
- This person would be responsible for everything from booking the speaker, securing the venue, processing payment, and verifying dates/time/locations for events.
- They will work within a team and have support, but they need to work well unsupervised and on their own once directed.
- Previous Experience with Speaker Programs specifically within the Medical Device, Healthcare or
- Pharma Industry (previous job titles could be Program Specialist, Professional Educator, Medical Event Planner, etc)
- Experience in Medical Event Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing events specifically within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Must be very organized will be dealing with a lot of planning, scheduling, email correspondence to set up different events within the medical industry; such as new medical devices, programs etc.
Skills/Experience
- Vendor Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
- Budget Management: Strong skills in developing and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools to streamline planning and execution processes
Salary : $30 - $32
