What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Company Processor position at Capitol Title?
We have an opening for an experienced title processor to work in our White Plains office! You will work with a highly qualified team and have support at all levels of your daily job.
Primary job functions will include:
- Process purchase and refinance files
- Prepare Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures
- Work with pre-processors that gather all mortgage and other payoffs for you
- Communicate with all parties to the transaction to obtain necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure a smooth closing
- Experience in processing files in multiple states is preferred
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Title Processor
- Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
