We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Foreman to run projects in and around Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints.
- Assist in lay out of work for crew.
- Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
- Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials.
- Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as: Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Reports, 2 & 3 week look ahead schedules
- Audit safe work practices, ensuring PPE is available and used properly.
- Assist superintendent in training and appraising work performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews of crew
Qualifications
- Valid CA General Electrician License (preferred)
- Valid CA Driver License
- 3-5 years' experience in electrical sub-contractor supervision
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial electrical work
- OSHA 30
- Experience working on commercial and mixed-use buildings
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
