What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Helper position at Capitoland Children's Center?
Capitoland Children's Center is looking for a mid-day helper to assist with cooking/meal prep, staff breaks, naptime, etc. Ideal hours would be 10:30 - 2:00 Monday through Friday, but there is some flexibility. This could be a perfect set-up for someone with kids in school during the day or someone who is recently/semi-retired. We will work with students' schedules and are also open to interns and seasonal employees. There is room for advancement and leadership as well as the possibility of this turning into a fulltime job.
We are a private center and we are happy to train and educate those who want a career in early childhood education. We are also hiring at our Madison location for daycare teachers (fulltime and part-time) and summer camp counselors.

Interviews are held on-campus at our main location in southwest Madison, Wisconsin (right across the street from Chavez Elementary). There may be some training at this location.
Pay is hourly and based upon experience, education, and the position for which you're hired.
