Title : Accountant - Contract review and Compliance
Location: Louisville KY 40203 - Onsite
Duration: 12 Month Contracts with possibility of Extn
Shift: 08:00am -05:00pm
Pay: $25.00-$30.00/-Hour
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in construction accounting and contract review. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform contract review and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage construction accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in construction accounting.
- 5 years of experience in contract review and compliance.
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in internal audit.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
Salary : $25 - $30
