1. Education & Experience Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Substitutes for Degree: Candidates with 4 years of relevant work experience can qualify instead of a degree.
2. Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in Government, Community Center, or Healthcare settings is strongly preferred.
- Budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting experience in these industries would be ideal.
3. Skillset & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of government financial regulations or healthcare finance would be a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
4. Work Environment Expectations:
- This is a temporary-to-hire position, meaning performance during the temporary period will determine long-term employment.
- Onsite work is required at 3840 Hulen St., Fort Worth, TX.
- Business Casual dress code and a standard Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
