What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Outreach Coordinator position at CAPLP?
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide access to information and supportive programming for families in Clay County using a Family Resource Center (FRC) model. Family Resource Centers are community-based hubs that focus on strengthening families by offering services, support, and opportunities that are responsive to community needs and interests. This position would work collaboratively with the Family Advisory Board (FAB) and community partners to focus on navigation of accessing resources for families while working to build community through connections. The primary responsibility of this navigator position will be to provide access to information and supportive programming for families in Clay County. This position will focus on providing family-centered and strengthening navigation support for families looking to access services, resources, and supports. This position will work independently by regularly providing navigation services during the evening and on weekends.
