What You’ll Do
- Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
- Provide crucial support to purchasing clerks and supervisors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Communicate efficiently with vendors, team members, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Enter order information into our ERP system and generate purchase orders (POs).
- Hardworking and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to meet goals.
- Customer-focused—you enjoy working with people and delivering top-notch service.
- A team player who can adapt to changing business needs with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using technology, such as Google Suite platform
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes
