Responsibilities
- Generate excitement by proactively marketing the new community and enthusiastically build rapport with each phone call and follow-up with each prospective resident by providing a positive engaging experience from first contact throughout the move-in process
- Effectively market the community online, through outreach, cross marketing, word of mouth, and referral programs
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and knowledge of competitors and their product
- Ensure tour route, including common area, recreational facilities, and model or vacant units are in perfect condition
- Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable about all leasing-related paperwork
- Answer incoming calls and respond to leads in the CRM platform
- Control lease accuracy in compliance with established procedures and provisions of the lease agreements
- Receive, record, prepare, and follow-up on work orders to facilitate residents’ service requests, and assists in other resident concerns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to residents by building a sense of community with the property, and quickly assisting with resident issues
- Manage community brand and reputation through resident surveys and online reviews
- Promote the positive image of the community by assisting with resident programs and retention events, including attending resident functions
- Deliver first-class customer service to residents and prospective residents
- Adhere to all fair housing laws
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree and 2 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Profieciency with computers including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and social media
- Must be sales and customer service minded, organized, accurately attentive to detail, possess strong time management skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Friday/ Some weekends but not every weekend
