Part-time, Monday to Friday shifts vary between 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (flexibility required), Saturday between 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning orders.
- Calculate transaction costs accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Tag garments for cleaning according to established procedures and timeframes.
- Assist returning customers, ensuring they receive their garments promptly and in pristine condition.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, receiving and providing feedback as needed.
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes and procedures.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer orders simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift) and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds overhead.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
