- Assist with recruitment and scheduling
- Coordinates and conducts new employee orientations
- Help provide and promote high-quality resident relations. Review and/or resolve complaints, and alert Director of Clinical Services or Executive Director of any unusual activities or problems.
- Greet and interact with and direct residents, family members, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer internal, external telephone calls, faxes, supplies, family contact-requests and run reports
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Facilitate processing of labs, pharmacy, and x-rays
- 2 years of post- high school education
- Prefer 2 years of work experience in a health care setting
