What You’ll Do:
- Develop and communicate monthly North America store plans aligned with financial forecasts, considering Holidays, events and store renovations/expansions.
- Analyze store and attribute level sales and KPIs to identify opportunities for sales growth and profitability.
- Partner with North America store teams to fully understand qualitative business trends. Reflect trends in store plans and create and execute growth initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to recommend strategies based on location performance including seasonality, holiday impact and test outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and evaluate the performance of various test strategies.
- Serve as a Data Steward for location level attributes (e.g., Cohort, Capacity, Climate) for current and future seasons, ensuring accurate documentation and managing change requests.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on the performance of North American stores including detailed recaps for new and renovated stores.
- Collaborate with the Sr Store Planner to implement new tools and processes to support the store teams.
You’ll Need to Have
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 Years of Experience
- Computer proficient; ability to learn technical applications
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Strong Excel, JDA experience a plus
