Job description
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates will be able to read blueprints and have knowledge of land development construction to assist the staff with various duties such as permits, traffic control plans and dig tickets.
To be successful as a Project Coordinator, candidates should be professional, punctual, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Project Coordinators must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Secure, renew and revise different types of permits by various entities as needed
- Create and maintain the Dig Tickets for all companies
- Schedule various inspections as needed via websites or by phone.
- Request and renew as needed traffic control plans working closely with the traffic control vendor to ensure submittal is accurate to the entities.
- Prepare project binders as needed.
- Maintain professional communication via phone and email.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
- 1 Year experience reading blueprints.
- 1 Year Land Development construction experience.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook a must.
- Attention to detail very important.
- Valid Driver’s license.
