Client Care Supervisor Job Details:
Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: Lubbock, TX

- Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts
- On-call availability
General Summary:
The Client Care Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional personal assistance services (PAS). Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial assessments and creating individualized service plans for clients.
- Scheduling and performing supervisory visits to ensure service quality, client safety, and proper attendant performance.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and orienting PAS attendants.
- Ensuring attendants are well-versed in policies, safety procedures, EVV system usage, and client-specific needs.
- Monitoring EVV data, troubleshooting device issues, and ensuring compliance with timekeeping protocols.
- Maintaining clear and thorough documentation to support compliance, billing, and payroll processes.
- Providing personal care services in emergencies to protect client health and safety.
- Coordinating with the client care team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in performing and teaching personal care tasks using proper techniques.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of PAS licensure and program regulations.
- Proficiency in software systems, including Vesta, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and client management software.
Qualifications:
General:
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Clear criminal background and good driving record.
- Valid TX driver's license is required
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to perform personal care tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to assist in transferring clients weighing up to 200 pounds (with equipment or assistance if necessary).
- Flexibility to navigate in various homes, stairs, and dwellings.
Education and Experience:
- Licensed nurse or individual with a high school diploma/GED and two years of college.
- High school diploma/GED may substitute one year of supervisory healthcare experience per year of college.
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (minimum 2 years required).
