CAPS Collaborative is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic long term substitute special education teacher with severe/profound certification to join our educational team due to an upcoming retirement. Applicants should have experience working with students with severe, multiple disabilities including medically fragile student profiles. The applicant will work closely with related service staff in an embedded therapy model individualized to each student's needs. In addition to supervision of classroom support staff the teacher will work closely with program nurses and specialists.
