Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative (SWCEC) provides a wide range of programs and services for students ages 3-22 in a small, structured, therapeutic and academic learning environment paced to meet the needs of each student on an individual basis.
Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative is currently seeking an Long Term Substitute Intensive Special Needs Educator for our Developmental Program on our Dudley, MA campus. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of special education. Teacher responsibilities include developing and delivering curriculum based on students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEP), collecting data for informative and summative assessments and progress monitoring, collaborating with related service providers (PT, OT, SLP, TVI, BCBA, etc.), directing educational assistants and ancillary classroom staff as necessary, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
Salary and benefits will be according to the Union contract.

7:45am - 2:45pm
Hourly rate will be based on experience, in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement.
