The Service Electrical Technician 1 will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems effectively.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve electrical issues at customer locations.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to detect faults in electrical systems.
- Maintain high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for mechanical issues related to electrical systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs and solutions.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain various types of electrical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for detecting issues quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must have a clean driving record.
