Job Description Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse experience

• Inventory experience

• Full check-out experience

• Tool/Equipment Program experience a plus (we will train)

• Basic knowledge of tools

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and associated functions

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Be a team player, as well as work independently

• Proven work experience or clear demonstration of the ability to lead

• Well-developed attention to details and a desire to be highly accurate

• Trustworthiness

• Ability to work under pressure

• Forklift certification preferred (we will train)

• OSHA (we will train)

• Valid Drivers’ License with acceptable record

Details

• Salary is commensurate with experience

• $25 - $30/hour

• Full-time in person, onsite in Georgetown (not remote)

• Hours 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch)

• Some overtime may be required

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional environment primarily in a warehouse, with frequent outside yard activities, and occasional off-site travel in company vehicles.

Performing the essential duties of this job:

• May require standing, bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, and walking with repetition

• May also require the ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crouch

• Requires ability to understand and speak English clearly

• Occasionally requires lifting or moving products and supplies up to 50 pounds unassisted

Supervisory Responsibilities: NO

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee and contribute to all warehouse functions and dispatch delivery drivers

• Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of tools and materials as it arrives at, and is assembled to leave our facility

• Communicate and help reconcile stock accuracy variances

• Supervise all warehouse activities to ensure they are carried out safely

• Periodic evaluation of current processes and determine areas for improvement

• Accurately process and secure related documentation
