We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at a logistics warehouse in Round Rock, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has expertise in QuickBooks and warehouse inventory accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Create and manage customer invoices using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing
- Track and reconcile inventory-related financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Prior experience in AP, AR, payroll, and customer invoicing
- Experience with warehouse inventory accounting is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary between $60,000 and $70,000, based on experience
