Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Finished Warehouse Keeper/Delivery Staff member to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and delivery logistics. This role involves managing the storage and distribution of finished products and ensuring timely deliveries to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished automotive products, ensuring quality and proper handling.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, ensuring accuracy in order selection and packaging.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, update daily status of raw materials and finished products, conduct regular inventory audits, and report any discrepancies.
- Manage the usage cycle and inventory of warehouse consumables.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines. Ensure proper use and upkeep of all warehouse equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Print labels, label boxes, and wrap finished products according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a timely supply of raw materials based on production planning.
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules for efficient transportation of goods.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delivery and inventory issues, and assist in the development of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Warehouse equipment management, monthly physical inventory checking, ERP timely update in order to keep all data up to date.
- Submit ASN in portal after complete loading.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management and delivery logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, systems and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
