Job Summary

As an integral part of our consulting team, the Center Coordinator provides professional administrative support to client families, company executives, directors, and employees at the Vested Academics Learning Center in Norwell, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Greet new and existing client families upon arrival at Learning Center
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee data entry tasks and maintain accurate records for all center activities.
  • Organize and schedule client appointments, team meetings, and Learning Center events
  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Write and distribute emails, written correspondence, and other documents as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, review voicemails, and take messages
  • Implement office management procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving service delivery.
  • File and maintain client and employee records
  • Handle requests and queries from executives and directors
  • Oversee general appearance of Learning Center
  • Order office and event supplies

Skills

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent customer support abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Effective calendar management skills to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications for document creation and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in office management practices that foster a productive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at the front desk while managing visitor interactions.

Beneficial Credentials, Experience & Skills

  • English Degree (B.A. or M.A.)
  • M.F.A. in Writing
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Google Workspace
  • Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Zoom (meeting basics)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
