We work a seven on seven off work schedule. Some positions are straight days and some are "shift" positions which are seven on seven off including 7 nights in a row once a month. Overtime is available with Superintendent/Manager approval.

Additionally, you will mentor less experienced lubrication technicians and teach lubrication best practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of contamination control and fluids types and their uses.
- Ability to learn operation of small mobile equipment, aerial lifts, forklifts, etc.
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic fundamentals. Identification of electrical and mechanical components.
- Experience with OEM maintenance manuals.
- Ability to safely marshal light and heavy mobile equipment.
- Able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
- Understand confined space, fall protection, equipment isolation procedures.
- Ability to lead, mentor and teach less experienced lubrication technicians.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including walking up and down stairs and across uneven surfaces.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments with high humidity.
- Ability to kneel, crawl, stoop, and squat, occasionally in confined spaces.
