About the Role:
As Head of Public Relations, you will drive enterprise-wide campaigns that enhance reputation, build brand equity, and support commercial growth. Working closely with leadership teams across diverse divisions, you will design and oversee communication initiatives that align with major business priorities and tell a unified brand story.
You’ll be an expert communicator with a proven background in both traditional and digital media strategy. This role demands a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead integrated efforts across a complex organization.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Communications, you’ll work cross-functionally to amplify key initiatives and provide counsel to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact, integrated PR campaigns.
- Collaborate across business units and corporate leadership to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with national, regional, and trade media outlets to secure top-tier coverage.
- Develop a performance measurement framework to monitor, report on, and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing counsel and communications support for major programs and initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams, including branding, design, and digital, to ensure consistency and cohesion across communications.
- Manage media strategy for key corporate events and high-profile activations.
- Support and enhance the organization’s influencer media initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications.
- A strong track record of leading successful public awareness campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing complex communications projects from strategy through execution.
- Proficiency in digital communications, media outreach, and social media strategy.
- Skilled in analyzing communications metrics and adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
- Ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and serve as a trusted advisor.
