Current insurance license

Proven experience in customer service within the insurance sector

Responsibilities:

Client Assistance: Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, policy questions, and service requests, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Policy Management: Support clients in understanding their policies, processing policy changes, handling renewals, and assisting with billing inquiries.

Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, from initial filing to follow-up, providing assistance and ensuring they have a clear understanding of next steps.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in our systems, including client interactions, policy updates, and claims information to ensure up-to-date and compliant client files.

Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify potential cross-sell opportunities within our existing book of business and recommend additional coverage options to meet clients' needs.

Problem Resolution: Address client concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution and satisfaction.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales agents to ensure client policies are accurately quoted, bound, and serviced, supporting the agencys growth and retention efforts.



Requirements


Active Insurance License: Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license (required).

Insurance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Property & Casualty.

Client-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, provide effective solutions, and prioritize a high standard of service.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain policies, procedures, and solutions to clients.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing client records, policy changes, and documentation.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using insurance agency management software (e.g., EZ Lynx, Agency Zoom) and basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem Solving and Initiative: Ability to resolve issues independently and proactively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

Time Management: Effective at managing multiple client requests and responsibilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
