Responsibilities
Client Advocacy: Provide exceptional service to our customers by understanding their insurance needs and advocating for their best interests.
Inquiry Response: Promptly address client inquiries and provide accurate information about their policies and coverage options.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements to our service processes.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Minnesota is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance consulting or customer service is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to meeting and delighting client needs.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to address and solve issues efficiently.
Tech Proficiency: Comfort with using CRM systems and other related technology tools.
