Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions.
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Policy Assessment : Evaluate clients' current insurance policies and suggest enhancements or additional coverage as needed to better suit their needs.
Claims Support : Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring they receive prompt and fair resolution.
Compliance : Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure all processes adhere to company and legal standards.
Continuing Education : Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and maintain necessary licenses.
Requirements
Licensing : Must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales, particularly in property and casualty, is highly advantageous.
