Overview :
Capstone is looking for a Communications Associate to support the development of our communications strategies to further elevate our unique brand experience. As Capstone recently underwent an exciting rebrand, this role will be pivotal in amplifying and shaping our refreshed identity. Working closely with various departments including our Investor Relations, Client Solutions, and People teams, the Communications Associate will have the autonomy to manage projects independently across the firm. By joining us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all communications reflect Capstone's visionary, dynamic, and pioneering spirit. The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
