Capstone IT is partnering with a fast-growing technical agency specializing in GTM and creating scalable, sustainable revenue growth for their customers to fill an Engagement Manager position. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and motivated Engagement Manager to join their team.
This customer-facing role requires a data-driven professional with strong leadership skills to ensure client engagements transition smoothly from "closed-won" to "kickoff" to "project go-live." This person will focus on expanding customer engagements across their key business lines : Gong, Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement Oversight : Lead the transition of client engagements from sales closure to project initiation and successful delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Issue Triage and Resolution : Proactively identify and address challenges as they arise, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Account and Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and objectives.
- Technical Insight and Consultation : Analyze clients' existing technology stacks, providing strategic recommendations for enhancements and integrations to optimize their operations.
- Business Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden client engagements by introducing additional services and solutions through a consultative, value-added approach.
