Accounts Payable ManagerThe Accounts Payable Manager position will be over payables of 3 Capstone Logistics divisions (Capstone Warehouse Services (CWS), Capstone Freight Mgmt (CFM) and Capstone Last Mile (CLM)) and will report to the Senior Accounting Manager of CWS. Capstone develops supply chain solutions in warehouse, freight management, distribution center support, and last mile delivery. Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions leader with over $1.5B in annual revenue. Capstone works with a diverse group of partners, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small manufacturing operations and distribution networks. The main industries the Company serves include retail, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, healthcare, and automotive.
Job Responsibilities
- Partners with the Senior Accounting Manager to establish/develop processes and controls around collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
- Managing and overseeing the daily responsibilities of the accounts payable team.
- Training and supervising the accounts payable team.
- Improving and enforcing company financial policies and processes.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications/Skills

- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains a plus.
- Experience with Emburse/Chrome River a plus.
