Capstone Logistics is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team. This position will plan, organize, and monitor the movement of all items received in our Aston, PA warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the workflow of the warehouse associates.
- Plan and organize workflow to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Ensure that safety standards are being followed and provide guidance on safety protocol when necessary.
- Strictly adhere to all security measures that are in place to safeguard the facility as well as suggest possible improvements.
- Review ASN files to ensure proper receive/load scan and produce OS&D.
- Actively participate in all aspects of employee management including but not limited to: recruiting, training, and performance management
Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 year warehousing experience
- Minimum of six months of supervisory experience
