This is a full-time role for a Commercial Journeyman Plumber at Capstone Plumbing, Inc.
The primary responsibilities involve installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fittings, valves, drainage systems, fixtures, and more in commercial settings.
This position requires working in the field and collaborating with other trade professionals, general contractors, and project managers throughout construction projects.
Two or more years of experience as a Journeyman plumber is preferred, along with a valid state license.
Light travel may be required for some projects, with paid travel and per diems provided.
A deep understanding of all plumbing codes, regulations, and safety requirements is necessary.
Proficiency in various plumbing techniques, including tool usage, underground installations, rough installations, overhead installations, fixture installations, drainage, water supply, gas piping, copper installation, PVC, threading, brazing, and more is also required.
The successful candidate must be able to read and implement blueprints, specifications, and codes in a commercial environment.
Leadership skills and the ability to train apprentices on-site are also essential.
Familiarity with basic technology, such as computers and email, is necessary.
