What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peer Support Specialist position at Capstone Rural Health Center?
The Peer Support Specialist will work with network of drug and alcohol Community Support Groups in connection with the prevention and awareness of Opioid or other substance abuse candidates. High School diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience with drug and/or alcohol abuse prevention, ability to work independently, ability to work in a team setting, and demonstrated success in customer service/patient services or working with the general public in a medical care facility. Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
