The ideal candidate would have at least six years in commercial real estate transactions. The work would entail representing developers and investors in ground-up developments,
property conversions, and rehabilitation projects. The responsibilities include : Drafting and reviewing Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, and easements; Reviewing and interpreting complex Title Commitments; and Drafting and negotiating construction
contracts, including AIA forms.
