We are currently seeking a part-time Residential/Commercial Energy Outreach Coordinator who will work remotely, supporting our Solar Team, based in Lacey Washington. This position is responsible for managing tasks of varying complexity assigned by the Solar Team--specific to residential solar projects, commercial solar projects, and backup battery systems--while maintaining excellent communication between CapStone Solutions and their customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best customer experience possible by always communicating with transparency and honesty.
- Focus on Community Outreach to gauge and educate potential customers on Solar, EVSE, and Storage possibilities.
- Maintain communication between all parties involved in the solar projects (i.e., customers, drone pilots, design engineers, and operations management).
- Provide progress reports and other relevant status updates to customers and management, as appropriate.
- Maintain excellent records of all client communications.
- Keep project management software/tools up to date as projects progress.
- Support the development of the operational/installation schedules.
Qualifications Skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Ability to Prioritize Tasks.
- Technology Skills, specifically Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook.
- Construction/Solar experience a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or other related field preferred.
Part-Time Position
Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical.
