Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide executive support to our C-Suite. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, a strong communicator, has exceptional attention to detail and is looking for a challenging next step in their career. We are looking for a “people person” who is both collaborative and able to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flight/ground transportation with an in-house travel agent, and obtaining visas as well as managing any problems that may arise
- Owning monthly expense reporting, ensuring expense reports and documentation are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings, maintaining and filing documents, and coordinating and/or producing sensitive reports and analysis
- Responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling in-person tasks and communications
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested (unplanned car service/hotel bookings, sending gifts, dinner reservations, lunch, coffee, etc.)
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

- 1-3 years of experience supporting senior-level executive

- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously
- High level of reliability and ability to respond to afterhours or weekend requests
- Ability to deal with multiple urgent priorities
- Displays a high level of discretion and maintains confidentiality for all sensitive matters
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
