Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Record financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and update daily / weekly cash activity reports.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain property tax schedules.
  • Handle various office tasks, including compliance matters and file maintenance / scanning.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director and assist the office manager as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial transactions accurately.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
  • Basic computer skills are required; additional technical savvy is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • The Salary Range is $60,000 - $65,000.
