We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including client write-ups for high-net-worth individuals.
- Record financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and update daily / weekly cash activity reports.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports and maintain property tax schedules.
- Handle various office tasks, including compliance matters and file maintenance / scanning.
- Provide support to the Managing Director and assist the office manager as needed.
