An industry-leading, $300M design and manufacturing organization is seeking to hire a Director of Talent due to their rapid growth. Reporting to the VP of Administration, this newly created role will work closely with the Chairman / CEO and other executive leaders to build and develop robust talent acquisition and retention programs that support the company’s rapid scale. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity based in Southeast Ohio.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Serve as Business Partner to ownership and executive leadership with respect to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and retention.
- Manage and develop Talent Acquisition personnel (four direct reports).
- Build and optimize robust strategies, systems, and processes that will support long-term growth and initiatives for the organization.
- Identity and implement opportunities to improve candidate engagement, employee satisfaction and retention, succession planning strategy, and training and development.
- Ownership over departmental budget and performance.
