About the Role: As Partnership Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless management and ongoing operational success of Capsule’s healthcare partnerships. You’ll work closely with providers and internal teams to configure solutions, optimize workflows, and drive measurable outcomes. From onboarding through post-launch support, you’ll own the operational engine that helps partners succeed and scale with Capsule.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and bring a problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for action. They will be low ego and ready to “roll up their sleeves” with all teams internally at Capsule—able to quickly acknowledge what they don’t know and close those gaps right away. No part of the work is too small or out of scope - a true “ownership” mentality to drive success in meeting our ambitious goals (and have a ton of fun along the way).
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the key point of contact for healthcare partners, managing workflows, addressing questions, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
Translate requirements into clear and comprehensive project plans and align all stakeholders around them.
Configure partners’ product implementation using our internal tools.
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align the partnership needs with Capsule’s technology and capabilities, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products or potentially build new ones.
Continuously monitor and evaluate metrics for your partnerships, ensuring strong performance and identifying areas for improvement through quantitative and qualitative data.
Develop and refine internal processes to support scalable, repeatable implementations and operational excellence.
Help Capsule build a best-in-class Partnership Operations team from the ground up.
About You:
4-7 years of total experience in (i) start-up and high growth businesses and (ii) business operations, or management consulting roles. MBA valued, but not required
Experience balancing and managing trade-offs around external growth targets with internal capabilities and development resources
Demonstrated success owning cross-functional initiatives from ideation through completion, driving consistent, measurable results
Adept at combining qualitative inputs, quantitative analysis, and earned domain knowledge to make effective decisions and execute sensible solutions
Intellectual curiosity and love of learning, with a strong desire to work in a demanding role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
