CaptaVape LLC is looking for customer service applicants to join our team at our Pleasant View location. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Transportation is a must. Will train.
Must be 21 by Utah state law in order to work at this location.
Weekends are a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Be able to diagnose customers equipment if not functioning properly
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Process cash, and credit payments
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Stock inventory on shelves when product arrives
- Face product on shelves throughout shift
- Close till at end of shift
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Punctual and reliable
- Team Player
