We're hiring a Business Development, Partnerships Manager to lead and scale partnerships at Captions. This role will have the opportunity to build our business development function from the ground up and to turn partnerships into a major growth driver for the business. As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partnerships pipeline, closing high-impact deals, and nurturing strong relationships across the industry. You'll report directly to our COO and Co-founder, and you'll collaborate closely with teams across the Company to win and integrate new partnerships.

Prior experience in banking, consulting, or a similar fast-paced role a plus
